Lille & Snille is located in Oslo, Norway.

Shipping

All items for sale are handmade and the production starts after your purchase. The time to produce the items takes about 3 – 9 working days.

After that your items are shipped.

The shipping time in Norway is about 3-5 working days with Posten Norge AS.

To Europe the shipping times are a little bit longer and it takes about 2-3 weeks.

Shipping to the US takes 1-3 weeks.

Customs and import duties

The prices on this website include VAT for customers with a Norwegian shipping address.

For customers outside of Norway, VAT is not included and has to be paid by the time of delivery (except US, here for orders up to 800 USD, no additional charges/VAT applies)

Buyers are responsible for all costs that apply in their home country due to customs/ import and delivery.

Example for Germany:

19 % Vat on the amount of the invoice (Items + shipping) and 6 € processing fee to Deutsche Post (DHL).

Example for US:

Up to the order amount of 800 USD there are no additional costs.

Please inform yourselves in advance what cost are incurred in your country or write me in advance and I will assist you.

Usually the items are delivered by your local postal service and the costs need to be paid by the time of delivery.

Payment via Paypal, credit card and VIPPS (only available in Norway)

Return and Exchange

I accept returns and exchanges, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Please return items within 21 days after delivery.

Request a cancellation within 3 days after your purchase.

No cancellation is possible for individualized items that were modified especially for you (e.g. Tailored to your specifications)

Right of Return always exists it the items were damaged on arrival.

Return conditions

Buyers bear the costs of return shipping. If the item isn’t returned in his original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss of value.

For customers from outside of Norway:

Please fill out the custom declaration and put it outside on your package. Please mark the parcel as a “return” on the declaration.
