If 40 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please fill out the custom document and mark the package as a &laquo;return&raquo;, to avoid costs for the seller.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional non-returnable items:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom made clothing or accessories<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue your refund.<\/p>\n\n<b>Late or missing refunds<\/b>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next contact your bank.
